Biography

Stephen Chanza is an accomplished leader whose academic and professional journey spans finance, business administration, theology, and organisational management. His training includes CAT (Chartered Accounting Technician), a Diploma in Business Administration (ABE), Theology from Rhema Bible Training Center Zambia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management (OKWU), and an Associate Degree in Ministry (OKWU). This diverse foundation equips him with both strategic clarity and a strong values‑based approach to leadership.

His career includes impactful roles at Society for Family Health, FINCA, Precision Farming Limited, Zambeef, and Kempston Agri, where he served in positions ranging from Credit Officer to Procurement Manager to Country Manager. Today, as Managing Director of Chaman Consultants, Stephen leads governance, strategy, and capacity‑building initiatives across Zambia and beyond, helping organisations strengthen systems, develop leaders, and operate with excellence.
