REFUND POLICY

Chaman Consultants provides professional consultancy services. Refunds are handled as follows:

1. Advance Payments

Clients who pay in advance may request a refund before work begins. Once work has started, refunds are calculated based on:

• Work completed

• Time invested

• Resources used

A minimum 20% administrative fee may apply.

2. Installment Payments

Installments already paid are non‑refundable for completed phases of work. Future installments may be cancelled if the engagement is terminated.

3. Payment After Service

Clients who pay after service delivery are not eligible for refunds, as work has already been completed.

4. Project Cancellation by Client

If the Client cancels:

• Work completed will be billed

• Unused advance payments may be refunded

• Any third‑party costs already incurred are non‑refundable

5. Project Cancellation by Chaman Consultants

If we cancel due to internal reasons (not client breach):

• A full or partial refund may be issued

• All deliverables completed to date will be provided

6. Non‑Refundable Items

• Training already delivered

• Workshops already conducted

• Digital materials already shared

• Third‑party expenses
